Returns & Exchanges

At M. By Design, we want you to love every item you bring into your home. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

* Unused and in their original condition
* Free from damage, stains, or signs of use
* Returned in their original packaging, when applicable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund when a prepaid return label is provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Your order should arrive safely and beautifully packaged. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and at least 3 clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, and M. By Design will cover the return shipping cost when applicable.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or an item arrived damaged or defective.

Final Sale:

Items designated as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges:

At this time, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for the desired item. This allows us to get your new selection to you as quickly as possible.

We have a 14 day return policy. A return request must be made within 14 days after receiving your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Each item should be unused and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Please contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. The refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 days. All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
