Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5  business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We ship via USPS and UPS to the contiguous United States (48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time. Please note: shipments to PO Boxes are delivered via USPS only. 

Free Shipping Enjoy complimentary shipping on all US orders over $100 (applicable to the contiguous U.S. only)

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order through your customer account at account.mbydesign.shop. 

Damages & Lost Packages M. BY DESIGN is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mbydesign.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right.
